The interview process was the most longest I have ever experienced. Had to present to the other candidates during the process - which was a bit strange. Exhausting and high-pressured. Was not asked abotu what I knew about Emirates Airlines or the industry. More segment questions and management theory. The process was a whittling-down of candidates through-out the days - which was good and assisted in wasting others' time.

Best people. Best interview. They took care of making me comfortable. Very methodical and systematic way in which interview circuit happened.
