Interview
There were more than 500 people at the Open Day, which was on a Saturday. It started at 8am, and I left at 3pm. I was sent the invitation to the Assessment day by e-mail at about 9.30pm.
The assessment day started also at 8am. They started with the "Company Presentation" and they asked as to ask questions. Then we moved on to the stages, which was started by the "group game", but I failed. I had to work with a teammate. We were given a card with an object and we had to think about unusual uses for that. We had Candies. So after debating every group had to speak to all and explain what we decided.
The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

Interview
tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
