Interview was quite unpleasant for me, because I lacked experience in customer service and I quickly felt that they won't hire me. People who previously worked in customer service area (for example T-Mobile customer support) and were looking good (yes, that matters) easily got into next phase of interviewing

What did you learn in your previous jobs? How's your experience in working in group? What's your experience in customer service?
The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

Interview
tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
