The Container Store Sales Associate interview questions

Applied online, interviewed by phone and in person. I have many years’ of similar retail experience and felt it would be a great fit. I’m also fully available to work anytime including nights and weekends. The manager explained she was looking for an additional 20 people. The interview was very informative and I thought all went very well. I was very excited about the opportunity. Two days later she emailed with a generic “we’re not offering you the position”. No other feedback. I know large companies don’t like to comment. But I was blown away by their response considering my experience and background. I have a PERSONAL opinion on this but I myself won’t comment.

Very VERY long. I met with several different managers and leaders who asked somewhat challenging questions. It was not at the store, because it was still in the process of being built.
