The Container Store Retail Sales Associate interview questions

The interview was arranged to coordinate with other candidates as a group interview about two weeks after I had been selected to be a participant. The interview went over company history, philosophy, and goals. Questions were asked openly and participants volunteered answers. I was selected several days later to interview individually with a manager and it went very well. A week later, I was asked to interview with another manager the following week. That interview went well, but I felt the vibe was off for some reason. Another week went by and I sent an email inquiring of my status and continued interest. I was surprised to recover a polite thank you for interviewing, but that I had not been selected for the position.

All applications are taken online. The first phone call is actually a phone interview to determine who makes it to the next step, generally a group interview. Expect to interact with both managers and your fellow applicants during the group interview. Next step may be a one-on-one or a job offer.
