The Container Store interview questions

Extremely long process. 3 - two - three hour interviews over a three to four week time period. Interviewed originally for a customer service position, and was referred to a different department for a Supervisor position. This entailed two interviews with the hiring manager, a separate interview with a peer manager, and final offer from the department director who made the offer and provided a building tour and introduction to my team on the same day.
