The Container Store interview questions

I did a standard pre-screen with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. After that I interviewed with 4 cross-functional partners that could provide additional input regarding both the role for which I was applying, and the company culture as a whole.

The interview process was great. First, I spoke with HR about the company and my background. Then I met with the director and learned more about the role, which felt like a good fit. In the final in-person interview, I met the team and saw the work environment, and it really confirmed this is a place where I’d like to be.
