I went into a store and spoke with an employee there about my interest in working at that The Container Store. He gave me a card with a website address for careers and offered for me to use his name as an employee referral. I filled out the application online. I received a call requesting a phone interview which happened a few days after. I was invited to an in person interview at the store a few days after that. Our meeting was in the store. We had a fun and informal conversation.

Easy. Very friendly manager. Submitted an application through Indeed, heard back 2-3 weeks later. Called me to schedule an in-person interview and made sure I knew where the store was. Overall, not a bad experience at all!
