Interview
Initial phone interview, followed by a group interview where we were asked to describe our favorite product. Those that "passed" were then asked back for a one to one interview. Offer was made, and then had to take drug test off site, and fill out paper work. There was a couple of days training upon hire.

Question 1
No difficult questions. All very typical. They are more interested in your ability to strike up a conversation with a customer than your retail experience. They want to know you are personable, with a good sense of humor. Just be warm and engaging.
