The Container Store General Manager interview questions

This interview process was very painful. 7 weeks of dragging it out, phone interviews, one on ones then more phone interviews. The recruiter and the field didn't communicate and left me hanging. Very disappointed in this company. It's good they have the award for top 100 places to work because they get it for worst place to interview. I used to be a customer and will no longer be if this is how they do business. After 7 weeks of ridiculousness, you would think they would give a little more specific reason than just "no positions available" seriously!
