I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Body Shop in Sep 2015
Interview
At first was given a brief tour or the shop, the products and what was on offer. Was then given a formal interview. Questions were fairly easy. After the interview I was asked to go on the floor for a bit. It was quite quiet, but I was approached by a customer asking about face washes and i had to wing it with my knowledge of the company, I was also watched by my interviewer the whole time. After that the interviewer did a bit of role play and pretended to be a male customer wanting to buy a few products. Overall, it went really well!
