Total interview time was under 45 minutes, we just sat outside the store nearby and talked. Manager took notes, then called me a couple days later. They did call my references.

Describe a time you had to deal with an upset customer
Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.

Friendly, chatty, bubbly. Many questions about customer service, products, sales, teamwork, information about the company, previous jobs, and many things like that. The next day I think I received an email from them with a job offer.
