I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Body Shop in Sep 2018
Interview
Was asked some general questions about sales and leadership experiences. Then I was lead onto the floor and asked to attempt to sell (and upsell) a few key focus items in the store (makeup). I had to create a soft sales pitch on the spot. I would definitely recommend being familiar with The Body Shop's products and selling styles.
Overall the questions were not too difficult but the interviewer kept asking the same questions about customer service but in different ways so I found myself repeating my answers. She asked me questions about how I would apply myself in certain situations instead of my past experience.

Interview
Sent my resume online, received a phone call to answer some pre-screening questions a couple days later. Set up a first interview with the store manager and then a second interview the following week with the district manager that was more in depth.
