Very easy interview- they ask your sales background, what other stores you have worked at, and if you are familiar with the products. Since they offer training and it is not a commission based job, they are looking for friendly, neat, and generally outgoing people to work.

Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.

This was a standard interview process. I applied online via their website. Then I was interviewed for the role. They asked me normal questions at the interview, about past experience, availability etc.
