There were many questions regarding personality and previous experience. They also asked what I knew about the company and why I was interested in working for them. My interview was one on one with the manager of the store at the time. It was done in a small office at the back of the shop. After my interview, I was told about several different products on the shop floor and then tested on my retention of the information.

I was asked a few basic questions by phone and then asked to come in for a laid back face-to-face interview. I was then asked to come back for the shop floor trial with the other interview candidates where we had to perform a series of tasks. It took them 3 weeks to send me a rejection email which I thought was very poor.
