I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Body Shop in Oct 2009
Interview
Mini-interview when I dropped off my resume. Played phone tag with manager and, due to communications with upper management in regards to another store, had three interviews, one a week. Got offered seasonal sales associate position with possibility of it turning permanent (and possibly higher job title) after holidays were over.

Question 1
I was asked if I had ever been a sales lead before, despite not having it on my resume at the time.
Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Body Shop (Reading, Inglaterra)
Interview
Friendly, chatty, bubbly. Many questions about customer service, products, sales, teamwork, information about the company, previous jobs, and many things like that. The next day I think I received an email from them with a job offer.
