came with cv + talked with a store mgr + got phone inter. + got 1 to 1 interwiev with store manager + one trial day (selling, makeup skills, till skills, tests) + 1 interwiev with area mgr and hr person; than got a job
-> you need to apply online first, than recrutiment team is calling you, than you have 1 inter and 1 trial day; and than if you pass you have a meeting with area mgr and hr mgr; and than if you pass you can get the job

how would you sell the product telling about it's benefits?
Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.

Friendly, chatty, bubbly. Many questions about customer service, products, sales, teamwork, information about the company, previous jobs, and many things like that. The next day I think I received an email from them with a job offer.
