Had a phone interview with HR then in person second interview with the hiring manager and a supply planner. After not hearing back for 2 weeks I reached out to HR and was told they were finishing up interviews that week and I should hear back early next week. Ghosted.

Got an HR-interview from them which lasted about 25 minutes including the time for questions to be asked by the candidate at the end. It was fairly average and mostly related to judging suitability and fit. The HR ghosted me for over a week after the interview and when I finally followed up asking for an answer, they sent the customary “we moved on with candidates who were better aligned"
