I was already a consultant for several months and was a "known quantity" - so the interview process for me was very straightforward. I met with IT leadership and discussed what the need was and confirmed I would be a nice fit to lead the initiative.

Applied online, received a call from HR and had a phone interview, followed with a online assessment, then an in person interview with Divisional Manager and lastly a phone interview with the regional director.
