Hard but fair. Defo learn competency based skills before applying and learn about the company. One of the hardest interviews I’ve had. Team seemed really nice but the process was harder than I thought

Contacted by Thales recruiter. Followed up with telephone interview and finally a technical/competency based interview with head of department. Recruiter was very helpful and professional throughout the process. Head of department and line manager very flexible and accomodating to my schedule, which I very much appreciated.
