Online Assessment (OA) Initial screening round conducted online. Focused on DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) and basic CS fundamentals. Served as a shortlisting stage for technical interviews. Technical Interview (Virtual) Duration: ~30 minutes. Questions mainly on coding problems (DSA) and core CS concepts such as OS, DBMS, and Networking. Tested problem-solving ability and coding efficiency. Technical (Face-to-Face) Duration: ~30 minutes. More in-depth DSA and problem-solving questions. Also included discussions on project experience and system design basics. Technical + Managerial Round Duration: ~30 minutes. Mixture of technical problem-solving and managerial evaluation (decision-making, communication, teamwork). Assessed both technical depth and behavioral fit for the role.
