Thales Project Manager interview questions

Initial HR screening, Detailed discussion on previous projects and experience, simulation of some real life project situations and associated plan of action, risk management, people management, reporting and stakeholder management round

I had a telephone interview in which the job was described to me in detail and I was asked about my current role. I was then asked to attend an interview on site which consisted of a panel of 3 people, Manager, line manager and a HR representative. They asked competency based questions and showed me around their offices. During this visit I was also interviewed 1:1 (informally) by a manager from a different department.
