Extensive conversation with the director, not so standard questions; it was a good talk. Unfortunately, I didnt receive any feedback, positive or negative. so for me, it was just a waste of time

On point, excellent questions and professionalism from interviewers. They were down to earth and polite. The questions asked were relevant to the role and description whilst they allowed sufficient time for the applicant, in that case me, to answer them while they actively listened.
