15 minutes phone call with HR quickly after sending an application. If the application is good they then give it to the managers so you can have technical tests with them.

Introduce yourself, what are your skills, is the place a problem.
L’entretien a été totalement imprévu, sans aucun rendez-vous préalable. Je m’attendais à un entretien RH classique, mais il s’est avéré qu’il s’agissait en réalité d’un test technique, ce qui n’a pas été annoncé à l’avance. Cette situation était désorientante et a rendu l’expérience moins professionnelle que prévu.
