First round is Purely Technical
Second also can be Technical & Practical application based.
Third will be Managerial & HR Round.
Quiz test also will be there along with CAD Test (if needed).

1 phone interview with not many difficult questions. Was more of a discussion about what it was like to work at Thales.

Name a time you worked in a team?
Various other "STAR" based questions where yku need to show evidence to answer the questions.
Afterwards in the technical interview I was shown some mechanical components and I had to talk about how I thought they were manufactured, what they were used for and what were their important features etc.
