      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Teva Pharmaceuticals in Oct 2024

      Interview

      I was reached out by recruiter or sourcing specialist from We Are AMS. I did the screening call which went well, I have experience in biosimilar and biologics, specialty pharmacy as well as buy and bill, working directly with HCPs and Clinics. In my opinion the call went well, she was very nice and explained the benefits as well as next steps in the process. The job posting was taken down before our meeting which after our meeting I logged in and my application says no longer in process 10/07, I sent emails, even contacted her in linkedin asking if I'm still in the process which she told me it might take 2 weeks to hear back, nothing just crickets. Last night 10/09 I logged in again now the application is no longer in process with date of 10/09, no emails following up just have to log in maybe to find out you are not in the process anymore. I'm not upset about it but it is disrespectful to candidates to not inform where they are in the process especially if they ask you, if the manager chooses someone else or the requisition is on hold or is not available anymore please inform the candidates. There should be proper follow up when things like this one happens, this is how you build a pipeline of candidates that might be interested in a company like Teva in the future.
