I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Teva Pharmaceuticals (Sídney) in Feb 2019
Interview
Interview process was quick ~3 weeks. About a week after sending in my resume, I received an email requesting a phone call interview. Set up the phone interview, where they asked general questions about my resume, expected salary and such. Following that I received two more phone calls regarding the interview process and the recruitment staff gave me tips on what kind of person they were looking for. After a phone interview with the main site hiring staff, they invited me for a face-to-face interview in their Sydney office. It was very cordial and they were very welcoming. I had a panel interview with two leading scientists, and a 1:1 with the head of the facility. Three days later, I received a phone call from on-site HR asking for reference contact details. Then a short time later, I received a rejection email. Throughout the process, international call numbers were the only contact details I was given, and no on-site phone numbers were provided. I contacted recruitment staff to ask for feedback, and never received a reply.
