I was first contacted on March 20th and got the final results on May 5th. First there was a quick HireVue interview where I recorded answers to three generic interview questions like why I'm interested in the position and two questions about diagrams, including identifying parts in a pneumatic system and safety violations. Then there were two online assessments, an inducting reasoning test where you identify patterns and a more technical one involving mechanical engineering concepts like load forces and simple machines. On April 8th, I had an hour long phone call with a team leader with a bunch of rapid fire technical questions. The final assessment was on April 22nd and was an exhausting 4 hours. It involved another hour of questions about my background followed by two case studies where I had to gather information from fake work emails/documents and interpret them to a panel of employees. There is really no way to prepare for it, but definitely try to think outside the box.
