Tesla Program Manager interview questions

Tesla's hiring process for the Program Manager role in Amsterdam left me deeply disappointed. The manager's passive-aggressive and unfriendly behavior was disconcerting. Her dismissive communication and delayed responses made me feel undervalued. During the interview, their disinterest and negative attitude created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Tesla should reevaluate their hiring practices to prioritize respectful communication and ensure a positive candidate experience. That made me feel I never want to buy a Tesla! My overall impression of the process was negative, cautioning others considering positions within the company.

Several rounds of interview with question to assess both Core competencies and organizational fit as well as techical and role-specific questions. Interviewers were both from the European and US team.
