I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Tesla
Interview
I got in touch with them through a career fair at the university.
The interview process was not very organised. There were 4 interviews in total, with not much relation between each interview and the interviewer not knowing what the next step would be. The HR person I was in touch with seemed to be the only person knowing the connection between interview.
The interviews as such tested on most of the basics of electrical engineering, power torque relations, etc.

Received an email on LinkedIN. Replied back and within a week a recruiter emailed for a phone interview. Spoke for an hour asking about my background and why do you think you are a good fit for Tesla. Within another week another recruiter contacted for another phone interview. A week later, an emailed to schedule a campus interview. Interviewed with 3 people for a total of 3 hours.
