Tesla interview questions

There were 5 rounds of Interview - local HR, Hiring Manager, Sales Manager, Director and lastly with Talent acquisition, of which 4 was online and 1 was in-person. Every one in the company was passionate about the vision of what Tesla is for.

3 Rounds of Interviews, I started the interviews since October 2024. The first and second round interviews I received feedback quickly. For the third round interview, I had to be in their offices and the interviews lasted for 3 hours, 1st hour was with the team, 2nd hour with the Director of Procurement, and the last hour with the Hiring Manager again. They told me the recruiter would contact me for the next steps or feedback and that e-mail never came. The recruiter just ghosted me and never replied to me. This week, I noticed the position, along with the other similar Buyer positions they were looking for people, were open again on LinkedIn. A total waste of time and money invested in the interview process, because I never received any clear response from the company. Super unprofessional.
