Tesla interview questions

The process was relatively standard. The process started with a very quick phone call with a recruiter who scheduled my interview with the store manager. There were a few hiccups in communication between the recruiter and the store mangers that made the process incredibly inefficient. However, once I began the interview with the store manager, it was incredibly standard.

The process started with a telephone interview, this was followed by a day at an assessment centre. After passing both stages I participated in another round of interviews. I was later offered the role but chose to decline. I did enjoy the process and found them to be very straight forward and transparent.
