How do you deal with situations when you do not get the answers you are looking for.
First interview was a phone screening with the HR recruiter. Second Interview was onsite interview with the Service Manager. Third interview was a virtual interview with 2 different people from TN.
First I was reached out by the human resources partner for an initial phone screen, then an interview with hiring manager. And finally a panel interview with multiple team members in which I was asked to present a professional project.
