Tesla interview questions

I applied online and reached out to an acquaintance to ask for a referral. acquaintance told me they shared my info with recruiter. The process moved fairly quickly. I had an initial Phone interview with the recruiter. Then a Video interview with Hiring Manager. I had a competing offer right after that and let the recruiter know that my offer was expiring the following week. I was surprised they were able to schedule the Full loop with 4 members on team/xfn team so quickly. Recruiter knew I had a competing offer and was able to get a decision from the team within a day of the full loop.

I applied for the team that was working on Optimus. The first round was resume review. We had a standard discussion on projects and why you want to join. The next round was a coding interview in C++. The question given in the coding interview was very vague and I was asked to choose everything for myself when I asked for clarity.
