Tesla interview questions

Good a lot of constructive questions and focused on my skills more than my education. They also asked me about technical data analysis problem solving. I failed the interview but I learned a lot from it.

The length of time from submitting an application to receiving an offer was very long for me, 3-4 months. I think it can be that way, but can also be extremely quick depending on how urgent the needs are. Multi-step interview process; very few, if any, of the "cookie cutter" interview questions. Primary goal was to gauge technical aptitude and be entirely transparent about the high expectations within the company. Very good interview practice, even if the company isn't the best fit for you.
