Tesla interview questions

The talent director who I first talked to was absolutely great. But the actual in person interview was horrendous. They bring you into this hospital-like room, bright white walls, florescent lights, and they seat you facing away from the door. Talk about EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I felt like I was under interrogation rather than interviewing. I understand it’s a car dealership and you’ll come across more unprofessional people than professionals, but that room and set up was just awful.

I went to Austin to do the interview. It was a two step process. The first interview was with someone who works the job I applied for. The second interview was a behind the wheel with the hiring manager.
