Tesla interview questions

I applied through Tesla’s official website after seeing a job posting. I was invited to an in-person interview the very next day. The session included multiple candidates and began with a brief technical test to assess our basic understanding of key concepts. This was followed by a group use-case discussion, where we worked together on a scenario related to the sales process (not directly selling a car, but more about how we think and collaborate). The position was within the sales department, and although I found the experience engaging and well-organized, I wasn’t selected. Most of the other candidates had prior experience in automotive sales, which made them a stronger fit for the role. Overall, the process was fast, competitive, and clearly aimed at identifying candidates with relevant industry experience.

2 technical interviews. The first one with a jr engineer on the team, and the second one was with a senior engineer. This specific interview was on the battery team.
