Tesla interview questions

I participated in an extensive interview process that spanned multiple rounds, including technical and behavioral assessments. The process involved in-depth discussions with engineers and several interviews with managers, providing a comprehensive evaluation of both my technical expertise and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams within the organization.

Straightforward. First contact with the recruiting officer to make an appointment with the regional director. Interesting experience, however a classic interview situation. Inquiries about strength and weaknesses, more behavioral questions instead of technical questions. The interviewer provided good insights into the operation and the expectation. I identified that Tesla emphasizes strongly on proactive work ethic and be able to navigate uncertainty with other managers. This is what I was asked.
