I had 3 rounds of interviews. One with the Human Resources and next with a team member and final was the panel. Each 30min and the panel was 4 hours straight
First round directly with the hiring manager, it goes on for almost an hour and then with some other managers. They go deep into your resume and ask questions based on that.
Simple and short that what i had expected. Basic data analysis questions were asked. Explained capability calculation Cpk. Just one interview after the initial recruiter scan. Also talked about my previous experience in quality
