Interview with recruiter, followed by technical interview with manager, technical assessment and finally a 3-hour panel interview with project and members of the team.
The entire process took ~4 works until offer. Requires document to highlight top achievements from previous work experiences as well as several information for references.
I talked with HR in the first step.
It was smooth.

Interview
I interviewed at Tesla for manufacturing enginneer, battery manuf.
This is hiring manager interview, it started with basic backgorund questions and then went deeper on battery manufacturing. Overall it was a good interview
I had a phone screening with the recruiter. She was very friendly but hasn’t had much of information about the position. Anyway, she has forwarded my CV to the hiring manager and had to answer a questionnaire. Than I’ve received an automated rejection email.
