I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla (Berlín) in Jun 2023
Interview
A month or two after applying, I received email that my CV contained enough buzzwords to ping their automated review process. And recruiter wanted to discuss role I had 30min interview with recruiter, who drilled me on Tesla corporate culture. He added a couple situational questions. Didn't hear from them for weeks, assuming they went with someone else. Finally got a copy-paste email that they went with someone else. They added feedback that I did not organize my answers as coherently as they would have liked. So much for STAR format!
