1. Initial phone screening with recruiter to review experience and interest
2. Phone interview with recruiter to understand cultural fit
3. Technical interview with Manager asking about past experiences to gauge technical skills
4. 30min Presentation to a board of four Senior team members, followed up by four 30min individual interviews with each member
5. Summarize three past projects you had significant influence in that are technical in nature, highlighting why you would make a good fit

Interview
I interviewed at Tesla for manufacturing enginneer, battery manuf.
This is hiring manager interview, it started with basic backgorund questions and then went deeper on battery manufacturing. Overall it was a good interview
I had a phone screening with the recruiter. She was very friendly but hasn’t had much of information about the position. Anyway, she has forwarded my CV to the hiring manager and had to answer a questionnaire. Than I’ve received an automated rejection email.
