It was a pretty chaotic process. every one was either late or had no clue who they are interviewing. They haven't even looked at my resume before the interview. one of them gave me a drawing and asked me to mark measurements that are wrong! and it was obvious that piece of paper has been given to many other people to mark it!
I talked with HR in the first step.
It was smooth.
Asked about my experiences and visa requirements.

Interview
I interviewed at Tesla for manufacturing enginneer, battery manuf.
This is hiring manager interview, it started with basic backgorund questions and then went deeper on battery manufacturing. Overall it was a good interview
I had a phone screening with the recruiter. She was very friendly but hasn’t had much of information about the position. Anyway, she has forwarded my CV to the hiring manager and had to answer a questionnaire. Than I’ve received an automated rejection email.
