Interview
Consisted of 4 rounds of interviews.
First: Initial recruiter interview asking about experience and cultural fit.
Second: Co-worker Engineer, more in-depth questions about experience and challenge question (test) on engineering knowledge based off resume.
Third: Hiring Manager, deep dive into experience and cultural fit. Scenario question tests.
Forth: Engineering Knowledge Test, free response and timed
Fifth: Panel interview with presentation on project, 3 co-worker engineers and 3 engineering managers. More in-depth experience questions and engineering scenario questions.

Interview
I interviewed at Tesla for manufacturing enginneer, battery manuf.
This is hiring manager interview, it started with basic backgorund questions and then went deeper on battery manufacturing. Overall it was a good interview
I had a phone screening with the recruiter. She was very friendly but hasn’t had much of information about the position. Anyway, she has forwarded my CV to the hiring manager and had to answer a questionnaire. Than I’ve received an automated rejection email.
