3 phase interview process. No technical questions but more or less behavior and review of resume. Then followed by a panel to see if you will fit in with the group.
There are different rounds, it is clear what they expect in each round. First interview was online, followed by an in person technical interview. They reply within the week about their decision.
It was a Very quick interview process with a few management members who gave good insight on the company culture and position. Through the process we mutually understood if it was a good fit.
