1st phone interview: HR questions (which took about 30 minutes)
2nd phone interview: with Director. Not friendly. Way too structured. One by one question. Was not very conversational and natural (lated one hour!!!)
3rd phone interview: with Manager. Nice guy. Interview was still vert structured and questions became VERY repetitive. Also had bilingual contract analyst on the phone to test my French (lasted a little over an hour)
4th in person interview: with Director, Manager and bilingual contract analyst. Did not feel friendly vibe. Felt way too structured and that you would get attacked if you ever made an error. Director became confrontational when I discussed that growth opportunities are important to my career and went on to say that if people keep growing and switching positions, then companies can't profit... Questions were obviously repetitive because I had already done 3 phone interviews. This interview lasted two hours and a half. At the end, they gave me an excel test and were standing behind me to watch me do it.
Overall, I wasted my time. They wasted a total of 7 hours interviewing me, which sucks more for them. Good interview practice but also great eye opener to know what to expect if you did work there.
They ended up calling me asking what the salary I wanted was and if I would be okay with a Junior Contract Analyst position, which she mentioned would reduce my salary. I felt like they were either misleading since there was never any mention of a JUNIOR role or it takes them 4 interviews to realize I am not qualified for the position they interviewed me 4 times (which is concerning).
