First step was taking an aptitude test. It was pretty easy stuff; if you're half decent at math and logic it would be a breeze. The time limit was pretty short though. Those of us who did well were asked to come to their Houston officer for an interview. It was unlike anything I could have expected. They gave all of us a small pile of legos and asked us to build our dream job. Then they asked us to imagine that we had worked at Tenaris for 50 years and build a monument for yourself and explain why Tenaris would build one for you. They asked all sorts or weird questions about our creations such as "why did you choose the color gray?". The next part of the "interview" was a group case study. They have us a situation that involved distributing a multi0million dollar budget to some imaginary island town. When we had made our plan, we presented it to them and they pretty much roasted us; they were very critical. I think the point of this was to see how we handled stress and took criticism. I got an offer about two weeks after the interview.
