I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Teladoc Health
Interview
A Teladoc recruiter approached me for the position via LinkedIn and arranged phone interviews with the hiring manager and additional team members. At the point, the recruiter was proactive and responsive. My first interview was with the hiring manager. The hiring manager didn't seem to have prepared interview questions nor seemed particularly familiar with my resume. Several questions seemed slightly condescending in tone and the manager did not engage with follow up questions nor seemed interested in the overall conversation. Nevertheless, I was asked to another phone interview which went very well and was engaging. At this point, the recruiter stopped responding to my outreach for the better part of three weeks before I received a short explanation that the hiring manager didn't feel they "made a connection" with me - which seemed obvious since the manager was disengaged and disinterested in interviewing me. It was disappointing that the phone interviews where just that, especially as the company is known for video conferencing capabilities.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Teladoc Health (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2024
Interview
Straight forward and fair interview process. I had good communication from the team all around. I did not accept the role but was generally impressed. Would consider other roles with the company in the future.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Teladoc Health (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Initial impressions of the woman I interviewed with were not good. Snotty, arrogant attitude; about 5 minutes into the interview I knew I would not be a good fit working with her, let alone reporting to her. I threw the interview....

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Teladoc Health (Mountain View, CA) in Jun 2021
Interview
I applied through a referral and immediately got a call. The interview process was really good. I got a call from HR asking general HR questions. Then I had an interview with my manger and it was a very interactive call. I got an assignment (excel) to complete and was given week to do so. After that I had 2 more calls with other team mates. After that I got the offer! It too almost a month and half from the interview start date to receiving the final offer.
