I met 3 groups of 3 interviewers, including the plant manager. The also included plant tour and lunch with engineering team. People were friendly and the interviewers were relaxed. A few days after I got a phone call for an offer from the hiring manager and I accepted after a few days.

Question 1
What unit operations have you worked with? Tell us more about them and what that involved.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Tate & Lyle (Singapur) in Jun 2021
Interview
Casual chat with HR that was very light-hearted and managed to learn more about the company and program outline. Company is expanding in Asia Pac and they're looking to expand talent pipeline
Interview process was fine until asked what other information was needed. When I received the typical rejection I could find out specifics so it would appear they lied and weren't transparent. I will never apply with this company again. What a joke. When you have a tremendous amount of experience and education and you get the usual side step response you know they are lying and that you don't need from a company.
