Tate & Lyle interview questions

The first interview was mostly behavioral question and talked about the roles. Asked about working on holidays and high paced/pressure. The second round technical questions with some BQ as well.

I was approached by direct recruiter and was very friendly. However not enough information on the role was provided which meant that I wasn’t prepared enough for the interview. Interviewer assumed that I knew the role completely.
